When I'm deleting several files / folders (like say my 'Temp' folder) if a file is in use the pop-up telling me that shows up behind the main DO window.
Using DO 10.2.0.1 (4683) x64 on Win7 x64
Make sure the Opus windoe is not 'always on top'.
Of it's not that, please post a screenshot of the error message so we know exactly which one we're talking about.
Is the progress dialog behind or in front of the lister window?

'Always on top' is not activated (I didn't even know that DO could do that).
The error message is behind the lister window.
If memory serves me, the progress dialog shows up in front of the lister as it should. When I delete a bunch of files again I'll pay better attention.
