File lists not refreshing after drag-and-drop operations

When I drag a file from one window to another, or delete a file, the file lists are not refreshed until I hit F5. I can't see any preference setting that addresses this, and thus far I've been unable to locate any similar problem reported here (forgive me if I've missed the obvious). Does anyone have any suggestions for what I'm doing wrong?

It turns out it's a TrueCrypt problem. I've reported it on [Contents of directory junctions not automatically refreshed)

...and it's now fixed in version 9.1.0.0.0 -- thanks!
