File Profiles

Is it possible to set up file 'profiles' that would allow me to load a specific set of directories at once, (using the tabs at the bottom) of the window?

For example, loading profile 1, may automatically load

c:\programs,
c:\temp
documents

Loading profile 2 would load a different set of directories.
