File Type Groups vs Content Types

Hi,

I am confused by File Type Groups vs Content Types.

What is the difference between these and how do I use each of these ?

File Type Groups define which file types (e.g. JPEG, PNG, GIF) are in which groups (e.g. Images).

Content Types lets you automatically change the folder format when you go into a folder which has a lot of files from one of the File Type Groups.

The manual has more detail if you need it.
