Is it possible to make the font style of all *.dpr files BOLD?
Add a wildcard label under Preferences / Favorites and Recent / Label Assignments.
(If you don't already have a "bold" label set up, you can do that on the Labels page next door to that one.)

This helps me to quickly detect the project file in project folders containing many files.
BTW, the Label Assigments lists contain many paths which don't exist anymore. I.e., old leftover paths. So shouldn't there be a button to remove all the paths which don't exist anymore?
I think there's a script add-in for that.
Labels for individual files/folders aren't created there by default at all these days.
