I'm trying to give files in a certain folder, a color label based on "modified less than 12h00 ago".
Can this be possible?

If you only want it to happen in a particular folder, adding it to the folder format (folder options) for that folder is the best way:
That way it doesn't cause any overheads in other folders.
The other way would be to create a global label to do the same thing, and make the path a second condition within the filter, but then that label would be checked (and rejected) in every folder you went to.
