When I do a search in the result it can be files and folders. In the folder context menu there is on option to open it trough Directory Opus or Explorer. This option is absent in the files context menu, is it possible to add it?

Do you mean you want to open the folder where the file is? If so, when you right-click a file in the search results there should be an item to "Open Containing Folder" which does that.
Yes I want to open he folder where the file is, but if I choose "Open Containing Folder" I lost my search results. So I'd like to have a context menu like folder context menu
Edit the existing command in Settings / File Types... / Directory Opus File Types / Collection Item / Open Containing Folder to...
