In my Opus 12 I see on my left pane icons of executables. But the right pane doesn t show that.
what am I doing wrong ?

Wrong forum, but:
Is drive "S:" a network device? In prefs you can tell DO to use generic icons for network and other devices to avoid loading times/network traffic (e.g. if your network connection is slow).
Turn off Preferences / Folders / Folder Display / Show generic icons for....
(It's off by default in Opus 12, but used to be on by default in older versions. If your config comes from an older version then that's probably why it was on, although it would have been like this for a long time.)
