Filter Bar File And Folder

Having a readout of how many items are selected would be nice.
Filter Bar Setup
On the filter bar we have the how many files and folders exist, and can hide either.
Adding onto that, can we get a how many folders are selected, how many files are selected, and how many are not selected for each.
This is so we can quickly have counts readouts of what is selected instead of using the index column. We could also use these counts to make quick actions, see below.

Each number could have its own icon to avoid confusion.
File and folder icons could have a little checkmark in the logo for "selected".
A little X on the icons for "not selected"

Actions:
Click on the "total" icon to toggle select all. Alt + click to toggle lock show hidden, with a little lock icon. ('Show hidden' would persist with all folders in that lister until unlocked, or vice versa, 'do not show hidden')
Click on the "total folders" icon to select all folders. Ctrl + click to toggle hide all folders.
Click on the "selected folders" to deselect folders.
Click on the "not selected" to add the not selected to the selection. Or, Ctrl + click to hide (filter). Alt + click to invert selection.
Files icons are same actions as folder icons.

EDIT: I didn't add icons for "all items selected" and "all items not selected'.
That should be there too, for inverting selection etc.

Also, there could be a 'Flat View' icon. Clicking on that would open all selected in a Flat View. The user would pre determine what type of flat view per what is selected. It would open in a new tab, as a file collection (virtual).

Right click any icon to get its context menu; the same one as in the lister. (cut/copy etc.)

So in a folder if I have six folders, fifteen files, 1 folder selected, 2 files selected, it would look something like this:

For numbers larger than two digits the system could stretch the icons horizontally without preserving the aspect ratio. A folder icon with a count of 329:

Could you make the 'Show Everything' text into an icon, as my pic, pls.
The 'Show Hidden' would have its own icon.
No

That information is already in the status bar.

Not really a UX/UI standard ... checkboxes are usually followed by text. I can not think of any example where you have a checkbox followed by an icon.

Don't have a checkbox, have an icon.
Same with the dual buttons: it has one icon for shown, and one for hidden.
You don't need the text. It's annoying that it's always there.

Oh wow, I must have had a strange setup cause I never saw that before. My fault.
I'll delete this thread if I can.
