Find panel Not launching and DO freezing

I just upgraded to DO 9.0.0.5 I am running Windows XP.

I cannot get the find panel to launch. I have tried to launch it from three different places and each time I have done this, the find panel fails to launch AND DO freezes and I can't even close it until I do so through Task Manager. I have not had that problem with prior versions just this one.

Any Ideas?

Try going to /dopuslocaldata, then State Data and rename find.osd to something else (*.not or something), then restart Opus and see if the problem is solved.

If that does solve it it might be worth sending the renamed file to GPSoft so they can work out what was causing the crash.
