Flat Joining files

I need to join a bunch of SQL script files under a folder structure into a single script file. I can do that in a dual lister by switching the source to flat view (hiding the folders), selecting all the files, hitting the Join button, and giving it a name in the destination view.

How can I do that without touching the listers at all, using only dopusrt commands? Is there such a thing to switch a non-existing lister to flat mode? Can I convince the Join FROM to use a flat view? How? If I try to use dopusrt /cmd go it will open a lister.

You could do that using scripting to build a list of all .sql files below the current folder and then run the Join command on them.
