Flat View clarification

Had an epiphany recently about Flat View - It should correctly be called Sub-Folder View
Came up with these icons to help with what the different types of flat view are

Flat view grouped = list subfolders and files in their hierarchical order

Flat view mixed= list subfolders and files separately

Flat view mixed (no folders)= list files only
