Floating docked toolbar auto-hide doesn't work for bottom of the screen

I want to made auto-hide floating toolbar at the bottom of the screen in place where taskbar is. I expected that toolbar will be shown under taskbar and reveal while i drag mouse to the taskbar. But no - no matter how I set this up, floating toolbar at the bottom of screen is always visible, never hide.

I get slightly different results to you but it's still not a usable configuration.

I don't think Windows itself supports having a screen edge with multiple toolbars docked to it when one or more of them are auto-hide. Auto-hide toolbars need an edge to themselves.

Taskbar doesn't need to be auto-hide, it can be always visible, so maybe docking to top of taskbar is possible?

You would then need to carefully position the mouse 1 pixel above the top of the taskbar to make the hidden toolbar slide out. It wouldn't work very well. The hidden toolbar has to be on top and at the edge of the screen to be able to see the mouse moving over it and react.

So is not possible to, for example, made that type of toolbar to slide out if I drag mouse to the bottom of screen (where taskbar is) to reveal toolbar that is above taskbar? Maybe not, but still idea that taskbar reveal with floating toolbar together may be nice. Bad is not possible.
