Focus lost after deleting a folder!?

After deleting a selected directory by pressing the current tab will loose the focus and I have to manually activate the tab again by clicking the content area with the mouse. Thus I'm wondering which setting I have to alter to let the tab keep the focus after the directory removal operation?

BTW: That does not happen when deleting a file (instead of a directory).

Thanks in advance for any help!

I'm unable to reproduce this in Details mode at least.

Are you using a different display mode? (List, Power, Thumbnails, etc.) Let me know and I'll try again. Or anything else you can think of that might be related.

How can I revert all my settings to the defaults to find out, wheter it depends on my specific configuration?

The File menu in the Preferences window has an option to reset everything.

Unless you've also modified your Del hotkey to run a different command (or similar) then that should reset all/most of the relevant settings. (It won't reset toolbars, hotkeys or file types.)

Ok, thanks!

It's the viewer pane, that I have always be opened on the bottom (below the dual panes in details view).

If I first select a text-file (that is shown in the pane), than create a new folder and finally delete the folder by pressing the focus is lost and the text-file content is always shown in the viewer pane. The same procedure with the pane be closed will not result in a focus-loss.

BTW: I used a fresh DOpus installation under Vista64 to verify ...

Thanks.

The connection to the Text plugin makes me think this is caused by the same thing that loses the focus when switching between the Text plugin and other plugins.

That was recently found and reported to GPSoftware. Hopefully the fix for that will fix this issue as well.
