Folder Format with Folder alias and Folder Tab

Hi,

I've configured a folder format for my D: drive which is propagated thru all subfolders. The only setting i changed was removing the Type column. Now, i have a folder on my D: drive lets say D:\test which is configured as a folder alias. I have this folder alias configured under a folder tab.
I have this folder tab as the first tab on my default lister.

When i open up the default lister it ofcourse displays the contents of d:\test but also the Type column.

When i dont use the folder alias under a tab but the real path d:\test, it doesnt display the Type column.

Why is the folder format discarded when used with folder alias and folder tabs?

Is this normal behaviour?

You probably just need to re-save the Default Lister with the type column turned off or turn on the option highlighted below:
