It always just sits at “none” now. In this example it should have triggered my samples format but it doesn’t (Using vertical listers now and so my status bar disappeared and I don’t know where it went). I’m wondering how the desired format could be triggered. Multiple folders can be expanded at the same time so there can be conflicts. Either way the folder formats don’t work with expanded folders. Am I going to have to make a bunch of path folder formats?
The reason I showed a picture of the folder tree is because the virtual path is where it goes when clicking on it in the tree. Do I have control over this path?
Instead of duplicating the same folder formats for the same places, I wonder if there is some kind of folder tree or alias redirects that could be done. “If go lib:\\docs then go C:\users\me\docs”
The file collections seems to already do this, kind of. I have a file collection for certain bookmarks. When I use the folder tree to go to that file collection it goes to coll:// but then when I use the lister to click on the folder inside it, the lister navigates to the actual folder instead of branching out within the virtual coll parent. I don’t know why the windows libraries don’t do this too, but it seems like they could / should.
I could make the five new folder formats, one for each library, but I’m worried of dopus getting confused with format conflicts too.
