Is there any way to create a shortcut of a folder and put it on the personnal bar ?
If you mean the tool bar, right click, create shortcut. Go customize tool bar and drag the shortcut to where ever you want it.
I don't have "Create shortcut" !

There's no need to create a shortcut first. Just enter customize mode (Settings > Customize Toolbars), then drag the folder to the toolbar and it will turn into a button for that folder.
Just go customize toolbar and drag the folder onto the a free space, you should then have a shortcut to that folder.
