Is it possble to have the folder tabs at the top of the folder view, like Firefox or whatever, now they are at the bottom like DC++... and I like to have my tabs att the top of the "browser".

Is this what you're looking for?
Settings --> Preferences --> Listers
Select the Folder Tabs tab.
Check the checkbox Display Folder tabs at the top.
Apply.
