Is it possible to change the fonts that are used in the various dialogs that Opus brings up?
Font size in most dialogs is up to your Windows configuration.
Alright, thanks!
O.k., I read up on this, and it appears that internally (in shell32.dll, and probably other places as well) Windows references the logical fonts "MS Shell Dlg" and "MS Shell Dlg2", which are then mapped to the names of some existing fonts. The big bummer here is that apparently the size at which these are used is hard coded, at 8pt, and there's no way to change this, other than by globally changing everything via the DPI setting. So, nothing can be done about that. Unless, of course, the Opus developers decide to implement a more flexible mechanism...
But, that's probably too much work to justify. Oh well, maybe I'll get stronger glasses, then...
Why not change the DPI so you can read the text in all programs instead of looking for a way to increase the size in Opus dialogs alone?
Yeah, that's a fair question...
