Fontsize, only on network rootfolders, stayes the same by ctrl + mousewheel

On my pc i can increase en decrease the fontsize of the folders with ctrl +mousewheel. Also the foldericons do so.
But only the rootfolders of the network don't do this. Just the icons in- or decrease in size.
When i select one of those network rootfolders and see the maps/files all works as on my pc.

What is happening?

The root network folder is handled by the Windows Shell, since you can't do anything in there other than go into a lower folder. Recycle Bin is similar. Those folders don't support all Preferences or actions, since the OS is rendering them rather than our own code.
