Fourcc for .mpg,.mkv and .flv not showing

Hi,
I just want to know if it's supported or not and if it is,how can i activate it.
Thank you.

It should work for mkv at least, if you're on Windows 10, have not disabled the Movie plugin, and nothing has broken/replaced the relevant codecs/splitters.

You can also import the columns from Explorer into Opus if you find they work better on your system (or if you want to disable the Movie plugin).

Hi ,thank you for you're reply.
MKV never showed in the fourcc column event after a fresh install of windows 10.
VLC was added after and nothing change
K-lite codec pack was added after and nothing change.
How do i go about enabling the movie plugin?

Thank you.

The Movie plugin is enabled by default; it'd only be disabled if you disabled it in the past. It's controlled via Preferences / Viewer / Plugins.

VLC doesn't install any codecs/splitters that other software can use, but can mess up the file types if it takes them over.

Do the columns in Explorer show the information you need, or are they blank as well?

Hi
,it doesn't show in explorer either.
I went into Preferences / Viewer / Plugins /movie and the .mkv extension is there with the rest of them
