FTP connection issue/bug?

I've got a few sites in the FTP address book (standard connection/username/password/port 21). When I select one directly from the main FTP menu's shortcuts, it will connect fine. However, if I choose from the FTP menu "FTP Connect..." and in that window either choose from the drop-down menu or the recall button, there is no connection but just: "Internal Server name or address" error and about 15 such entries in the FTP log.

Using Windows 10 x64 Pro, confirmed on both 11.16.2 / 11.16.4.
