How do i assign a label to this FTP, so I can change the icon
Creating a folder-path label matching ftp:// seems to work.

That's the one which worked for me. I haven't tried doing it via a label-filter. (Those may not work on special folders like the ftp root, but the basic folder-path labels work.)
