I am using v12.30 and for the past 10 - 15 years I have been able to FTP into my website through Dopus without a problem. Now I have an info box pop up with a Disabled Feature Warning saying 'This feature is not enabled by your program certificate.'

That would happen with SFTP or FTPS (but not basic FTP) if your installed certificate doesn't have the Advanced FTP add-on enabled.
You can check if it's enabled via Help > Licence Manager.
SFTP/FTPS wouldn't start being used by themselves, though; they would normally require changing the FTP Address Book entry to use a different protocol to what was being used before.
If you've recently (re)installed Opus on a new machine, or similar, you may have used an old version of your certificate file. You can grab the current one via here: Lost Registration Retrieval
