Get a text file readout of a directory contents?

I am almost sure DO has this...it has everything else :wink:

Anyway, is there a way to export a list of a directory like:

c:\ contents =
c:\windows
c:\textfile.text
c:\randomfile.rpg
c:\temp

I don't much care how it's sorted, but a text export of the contents would be handy

If you just want the filenames, you can use the Clipboard COPYNAMES command to copy the names of all selected files to the clipboard.

If you want other information as well, have a play with the Print Folder command.
