I am trying to create a button that will go to my PocketPC Phone when it is plugged in. The phone shows up in the tree as "Mobile Device" and in the address bar as "My Computer > Mobile Device". It even has a unique icon.
I have tried a button with "Go Mobile Device" but that didn't work. Is there a way to create a shortcut to this? I can make it a favorite so I know there must be a way.
Accessing Mobile Devices won't work normal way.
Go settings > foldersettings > folderfavs and create an alias to your MDA. Then use go-command like this:
Go /<aliasname>Unfortunately usage is a bit limited using DO for mobile devices and it's a bit slower than with windows-explorer.

You should also be able to drag the device to your toolbar, while in Customize mode, to create a button which goes to it. That'd save you creating the alias if the only thing you'll use it for is a button.
(The created button will probably have a strange looking numeric path which represents the device.)
