This is a very old version. Why don´t you try the current version? Otherwise you can look in -> preferences -> file types -> "all files and folders" -> edit -> context menu.
The problem you're facing may be due to a missing registry key or value for the .jpg / .jpeg file class, or incorrect file association settings for .jpg / .jpeg in your system.
It is also possible that a third-party program has taken over the .jpg / .jpeg file associations during installation.
