Hide drive letters in listers, or remove the brackets

I'd like to be able to hide the drive letters in the lister displays so that my D: drive, which is called "Data", is shown simply as
Data

I'd also like the option of hiding the brackets so that it is shown not as D: (Data) or as Data (D:), but as
D: Data
Unbracketed titles look cleaner to me than the options listed on the top line of Preferences -> Folder Tree -> Appearance (and the option to show the drive just as D: is unsatisfactory when there are many other drives like mapped drives and portable USB hard drives).

I can hide the drive letters in Windows Explorer by using WinBubbles, and checking
More Policies -> Remove the Drive letters in Windows Explorer
but I can't do the same trick in DOpus.

Does this minor detail get an award as the only thing that can be done in Windows Explorer but not in DOpus?

You can do this in the toolbar:

Go DRIVEBUTTONS=fixed,labels,noletters

So it might not be that hard to permit it elsewhere.

DRIVEBUTTONS only seems to apply to toolbars --- my problem concens the lister.

The three options in the top line of Preferences -> Folder Tree -> Appearance only affect the way the drives are displayed in the Folder Tree. WinBubbles, on the other hand, only affects the drives as they appear in the body of the lister to the right of the Folder Tree.

I can get the brackets out of the drive display in the body of the lister by changing the name of D: drive from "Data" to "D: Data" and then using WinBubbles to hide the drive letters. But I can't remove either the drive letters or the brackets from the drive display in the Folder Tree.
