Hide "File Display Border" and "File Display Header"

How to hide the "File Display Border" and the "File Display Header", there are commands to toggle them is better.
does the background of "File Display Header" could be customized?

Select Preferences / File Displays / Border / Display as a static header and Show file display border in single display mode below it, to hide it in single display mode.

You can't hide it in dual display mode.

Still hoping to provide an option to hide them, File Display Border would be better if it had an option to display at the bottom.

For the display at the bottom, if Border is set as a toolbar, it would be awesome if there was the ability to also put Border Toolbars at the bottom.
