I want to hide the size and filetype of images in column of description.
Use the User Description field instead of the Description one.
(Preferences / Miscellaneous / Advanced [Information Display]: desc_show_info may also be of interest, if you want to keep the Description column for the other things and remove user descriptions from it and into the separate column.)
