Histogram for images

It would be really great if the picture viewer could show the histogram for any displayed image.

For a regular function in Opus it sounds rather non-trivial to me, given that some users also may want separate RGB channels and luminosity as well. But there are some histogram generator tools out in the web. Maybe there is a way to get them to work with Opus?

We've added this for the next beta. Thanks for the suggestion!

Hi, any updates?

I would love to see this implemented in the lister window:

and the image viewer:

Could be a simple overlay that we can toggle ON/OFF or a separate panel that's always active.

This is how I classify my wallpapers, because nothing else works for me xD

The update was that it was added in the beta released following my previous post

Apologies, I'm tired. I just updated to the latest beta (13.19 to 13.19.6). Were exactly can I find this new feature? or am I reading it wrong and this is something not yet implemented (not even in the beta)?

Edit: I can't find it for the life of me. I'm probably just tired and read this wrong. If it isn't in, I really hope it makes it in. Cheers! <3 DOPUS. Keep up the good work!

First item in the release notes: Directory Opus 13.19.6 (Beta)

I.e. Push F10 in the standalone image viewer.

Mmmmm... sorry, but I'm getting nothing on this end. I opened up the image viewer and hit F10 and nothing happens other than the small text field you see on the bottom right of the image.

Downloading a beta is not enough - you also need to install it

I'm so sorry. I'm going to go hide in a trash can now.:sweat_smile:

On another note, there is a cool little app (oculante) I was using for a while:

It has some pretty amazing features in that sidebar in case you wanted some inspiration.

Thanks a million! and sorry for me being such a brick head.
