I'd like to ask if it is possible to show the horizontal gridelines at the bottom of Details view, as shown below:
There isn't an option at the moment, but I'll add it to our list to look at. (Probably not as an option, just as a new behavior, unless there's a reason it is the way it is. I don't think it needs to be an option really.)

Personally I prefer as-is much more.
The alternating lines are to separate files, not serve as lister background.

I think it’s a matter of taste. It looks out of place if you have dual lister open and one side ends with a big blank space while the other lister has the alternating lines.
