Hello everybody

if want to mass modify the hotkeys.oxc file (changing a path inside)

when i edit .oxc ou .ohk (export-import mode) the hotkeys are reset to initial list

what is the procedure for editing manually this file ?

Sounds like you are doing the right thing but maybe in the wrong way. If you corrupt the hotkey file then Opus will reset to defaults.

What's the actual change you made to it?

i only edit the file with win32pad

i replace just one substring between XML tags

exemple

@async:"%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Take Command\tcc.exe"

replace by

@async:"%ProgramFiles_x32%\Take Command\tcc.exe"

That looks fine.

Are you sure nothing else got changed in the file by mistake? Or maybe the editor changed something which has had an unexpected effect. (e.g. End-of-line characters, though they shouldn't matter as far as I know.)

Post the before and after versions of the file, if you like, and I'll compare them.
