How can I assign F10 as an Opus hotkey under Windows 8

If I create a new command button and attempt to assign F10 as a hotkey, the Windows 8 screen lock kicks in. Presumably, W8 defines F10 as a global hotkey. Is there any way around this?

F10 does not lock the screen by default in Windows 8. You must either have f-lock turned on on your keyboard or have that binding coming from somewhere else.

F10 works ok for me on Win8 fwiw.

Mystery solved. I previously thought I had eliminated RetroUI (excellent piece of SW for Windows 8, by the way) but I had failed to notice the slider on the right and had not got as far down as F10.
