How can I get the filter combo to work?

I enter a filter term into the filter combo (see below), but no filtering occurs.


How do I use this to filter the lister?

It looks like that folder is empty (since the counts are all showing as 0). What are you expecting it to do in that instance?

The folder I used for the screenshot wasn't empty, even though it showed 0 in everything. It was however a search results folder. I just tried the filter on another folder and it works perfectly.
Very neat feature.

Filtering should work even in search results folders. Can you post a screenshot of the whole Lister window?

Sorry Jon, I can't reproduce it. But I have seen it before as well. If I get it happening again, I will post a screenshot (if I remember).
