How can I set an Inactive Folder Tree's Background Color?

Is it possible to control the background color of an inactive lister's Folder Tree? Switching between the listers also toggles the Folder Tree background. Changing the Preferences->Colors and Fonts->Folder Tree has no effect on the inactive Lister.

I think I figured this out.
I changed the settings for the Folder tree (destination) to match the Folder Tree.

Apparently, the inactive listers are considered the Folder tree (destination). This can be quite convenient!
