How can I stop resize of columns between each use?

I use 12.23 Pro version on W10Ent system. Each time DO resizes the layout despite me having saved the Default Layout and having it applied to all folders. I moves & shifts everything over to the right and forces manually to shrink everything over and over every time DO is opened. How can I stop this ?

Below is example 1 and 2, how I want it and then how DO changes it each time.

If you go in the menus to Folder > Folder Options, how are the columns and widths listed there?
