How do I retrieve my registartion code if I lost the e-mail?

Hi,

I registered DOpus a while back but have now lost the e-mail with my registartion code.

I can't use the Technical Support form to get help with this as my "evlauation" period has ended and I can't enter my registration code to get the support I qualify for as I have lost my code. Can anyone tell me how I solve this?

If you still have access to the e-mail address you gave when you bought Opus then you can retrieve your code via this page:

gpsoft.com.au/DScripts/lostcode.asp

If you know your email address and registration code then you can access the web-based licence manager and retrieve the registration certificate, change the email address, etc.:

gpsoft.com.au/DScripts/licencemanager.asp

If you've lost all your details, send whatever details you do have to GPSoftware:

gpsoft.com.au/Contact.html

(If you have Opus installed then you can get your registration code from Help -> Licence Manager. That isn't the full licence, so you can't use it to install Opus, but it may help GPSoftware identify you.)
