How do I synchronize based on file name only?

I'm trying to copy the contents of one folder into another and want only the files with new file names (not new versions of existing files) to be copied. If I do this in Window Explorer I'll have to hit the "no" button about 2000 times for the 2700 files being copied due to duplicates. I thought this would be easy with O8, but all of the synchronize commands seem to use additional attributes (beyond file name) to determine that the files are different and should be copied. I don't want that. If the file name already exists, I want to keep the existing version.

How do I do this with O8?

I've done a compare between the two folders and had O8 ID the duplicate file names between the two. If I could sort on the first column (the check boxes) I could just quickly delete all of the duplicate named files and solve the problem that way, but I don't see that you can sort on the check boxes. This seems to be harder than it should be.

You don't need the synchronize feature for this, a simple Copy will do.

When you are asked about the first potential overwrite, hold shift and the Skip button will turn into Skip All. (If you don't want to hold shift you can also press on the arrow next to the button to get a menu which includes Skip All.)

If it's something you'll do a lot and you don't want to be prompted at all then you can make a button or hotkey which runs this command:

Copy WHENEXISTS=skip
