I have a 5 license for DirOpus and want to add Advanced FTP to just one license. How do I go about this? The 'Online Ordering' looks to be a full order. Obviously, I just need Advanced FTP not an upgrade or full install.
Thanks,
Robert

I see that the "License Manager" mentioned isn't the one in DirOpus but here. You should clarify that.
And it appears that it is 5 licenses or nothing on adding this. Extras for a rainy day?

Hi Robert,
Questions/feedback about licensing & their website are best sent to GPSoftware in case they don't see the forum thread.
We have a facility in place on the main GPSoftware web site for users to update their licences etc. Please go to the Support page and the Licence Manager section at
gpsoft.com.au/DScripts/licencemanager.asp
Enter your details to access the Licence manager and you can add extra licences or USB export licences, or FTP etc.

I agree with this..
When I wanted Advanced Ftp I was a bit confused about where to get it as there's a "license manager" in DO, and you refered to a "license manager" for getting additional options.
I didn't even know about the license manager online until I found it after some looking around.
Disgraceful. GPSoftware continue to require users to think for themselves and, heaven forbid, achieve something on their own.
It should stop immediately...

I know
I was new to the site you know.
After I wrote the message above I started to think about why I didn't see the link which was in the same text I referred..
I think it might be due to the headers, highlights and the links are the same color (blue, which generally is the standard link color) without underlining.
In addition, if you've already seen the "license manager" in DO, you naturally think the text refer to that one, not yet another.
However, I do see your point, and I'm not going to protest much as I know it sounds silly in hindsight, but it isn't when you're new to the site.
This is a minor issue and is easily solved by making it more obvious what is links and what isn't.
The link was apparently easy to overlook with the thought "it's just another highlight".
