How filter files with trailing (1) (2) etc. in the name?

Yes... I confess - it is a newbie question, no doubt.

I have duplicate named files and I need to filter and delete all files except those that end up with (5)
i.e.
File.jpg
File (1).jpg
File (2).jpg
and so - should be deleted.

File (5).jpg to remain.

Any suggestions how to proceed?
