i purchased an upgrade and have not received the license to activate it for several hours. what's up with that?
It's normally mailed instantly (at least unless PayPal was used).
Have you checked your spam filters and that your email account has no delays at the moment?

Yes, I used pay pal. they sent me a confirmation of payment (about 7 hours ago). i'll contact sales if i dont get it by tomorrow at your link, but no mention was made of a delay if pay pal is used.
I have the same problem.
I pay (via Pay-pal) for upgrade from DO9 to DO10 (witch i trial testing now) {February 25 -06:50 PST} , i receive the response e-mail from Paypal and GP software, bat i have not receive yet the second email from GP Software (that with the program key to unlock my already installed DO-10 copy).
Please do something fast, I'm feeling like i loose my right hand .

PayPal upgrades involve some manual processing so I would not worry unless you still haven't heard by the end of Monday.
