My problem is I have no more in the "New" section the Txt File option and I would put it back

My answer was as informative as your first question. Now that you've posted some more information on what you actually want...

It might be easiest to use something like TweakUI to add back the missing .txt extension to the New File item. Assuming, of course, that you're just talking about the standard Windows New File item.

Alternatively, you can create an opus specific button which you can add to either a toolbar or any menu which will create a new text file:

FileType NEW=.txt
