I know how to change icon size in Thumnails and Tiles mode. I would like to know how to change icon size in Large Icon mode. The default is 48x48 and I would like to change it such as 64x64 or 128x128 but don't know how to. TIA.
At the moment it's either fixed or comes from the system-wide large icon size. Not sure which.
Yes, it comes from the system-wide large icon size. But you can change that size to 48x48 and even larger ....
I'm assuming you are using Windows XP:
1. Goto Start -> Run and type regedit (press enter). The Registry Editor should load.
2. Goto the following key by clicking the plus sign in front of it: HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Control Panel -> Desktop -> WindowMetrics
In this key you should find a string value called Shell Icon Size (and by default it will be set as 32).
Double-click on it and change the value to 128 (or whatever you like). Press OK and close Registry Editor.
3. Right-click on the desktop and goto the 'Appearance' tab.
Click on 'Advanced' and from the drop-down menu choose 'Icon'. It should show the new value for icon size.
4. Click on OK. Press OK in the previous dialog box too.
A screen with a 'Please Wait' will temporarily appear and once that's done, your icons should be 128x128 (or the size you entered).
5. In DOpus click File -> Exit and RESTART DOpus
