How to disable Integrity Check?

I see a reference to disabling the Integrity Check inside the C:\Program Files\GPSoftware\Directory Opus\Language\English.dll file.

I like to modify this .dll and just want to disable the integrity check that is done on the English.dll file. How do I disable Integrity Check?
