How to export a button so i can import it to my laptop

Hello.
I have a popout button with 15 buttons that i have configured on my main computer, how do i export this button so i can easily add it to my laptop.

While in Customize mode, drag the menu or button to a folder. On the other machine, drag that file to your toolbar (also while in Customize mode).

Thanks a lot the drag worked great.
I had been using copy which didn't work
