How to find text in "Title" metadata?

Hello,

I am trying to search for files that contain specific text in the Title metadata... Is there a way I can search/find files that contain the words "1998" in the Title metadata?

Note that you just need 1998 on it's own in the field; wildcards are not required in this case.
