heres is the point : I configured Dopus with lots of toolbars and personalized stuff but I a few days ago I got a pb with windows vista so I had to reinstall an OS. I choose XP because of drivers pb with vista.
SO I'd resintall Dopus (same version).
I only have an old backup (.dps) and I'd like to get back the entire configuration. How can I do this ?
I have de full old system backuped on a disk so I can access the registry, the files...

replace directory C:\Program Files\GPSoftware with backup
import both registry key : [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\GPSoftware] and [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GPSoftware]
replace D:\Documents and Settings\myusername\Application Data\GPSoftware\Directory Opus with C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Roaming\GPSoftware\Directory Opus (it comes from Windows Vista)
replace D:\Documents and Settings\myusername\Local Settings\Application Data\GPSoftware\Directory Opus with F:\D\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\GPSoftware\Directory Opus
I still don't have the same configuration ?
How can I do this ?
Is there anyone who knows ?

Opus provides a built in 'Import and Export' utility in v8 and a newer 'Backup and Restore' facility in v9... Check it out. In either case, all 'configuration' info is saved to a single (zip) file.
Yes I know that but I only have an old backup which not interested me.
The pb is that I was forced to reinstall windows without time to backup dopus configuration....But I have the complete system available (but not bootable) on a disk (including registry, profiles, etc...)
Anyway I've just get back my toolbar and I can redo others stuffs....
Once everything OK I promess me to DO A BACKUP IN THE MINUTE and backup it on another external media....
