This seems like something that would be easy to find but I've been searching high and low in the settings and forums here and can't seem to find it.
I'm in single click mode and I just want to remove the underlines from the file / folder that is selected when I hover over it. I have many files that have spaces in them and the underlines actually hurt the readability of the files.
I don't know if this helps the original poster or not, but, for me at least, moving the mouse pointer off the filename causes the underline to go away.
Thanks for the quick response Leo, appreciate it. Any chance you could pass a suggestion to add the feature unto the dev team? I would appreciate it, thanks!
That does indeed get rid of the under line if I'm not hovering over them but it unfortunately won't really work with me. I'm handling allot of files at once, which is the reason I went to single click mode and reduced the delay so that it near instantly selects any item under my cursor. Taking the time to move the cursor off the item every time is going to significantly increase the time I spend per item, seeing as I'm only spending >3 seconds currently. I've never really liked the underline in windows, It's like "Hey I can tell which item is currently selected because the background color changes!". To me the underline just makes it look worse and harder to read.
Wow, thanks a ton Leo! This will make things 100x easier to read for me when in single click mode and hopefully many other people find the feature useful.
