I already use icons and file extensions, so I know what a docx and pdf are and don't need to take up the real estate on the page with a column telling me Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat. How do I globally exclude this column. I've tried within windows (7 and 10 Pro versions), but any setting is only temporary in Explorer no matter what I do and what hierarchical level. Thank much for any tips on how to do this in Dir Opus.
